Burger King at 3011 West Washington Street, Stephenville, Texas.

Customer service is decent. The delivery on the other hand is not. Been to this burger kind about 6 or 7 times since it has opened. The first day they got my order wrong but I wasn't complaining, I figured since it was new the employees needed some time to adjust. Out of the 7 times I've been, about 5 of those experiences were bad. Its not because of the customer service, but because of the food. They will ALWAYS get your order right at the window, but hardly ever have I gotten my food right. Today I ordered 2 burgers, both were wrong, I was aggravated but I am still going to eat mine. I go and grab my drink and it spills all over the place. I look at the cup and from top to the bottom of the side of this cup, it has a rip. Customer service=good. Delivery=Not nearly as good.
